We left Congress, AZ Sunday morning, stayed at LavaLand RV Park in Grants, NM then on Monday we made it to Overnite RV Park in Amarillo, and now we’re in for the night at Morralton 107 RV Park near Little Rock.
We drove all day today covering about 500 miles because there are some heavy duty storms forecast for western Oklahoma and into Dallas, so we wanted to scurry on out of Dodge (so to speak)
We’re going to continue eastward along I-40 and head on through Memphis, Nashville, Lexington KY, and on home to Mount Gilead this weekend.
It’s been a wonderful trip (just over 5000 miles so far), what a beautiful country we have, what wonderful people we’ve had the opportunity to be with, and how blessed we are to have been given this opportunity thanks to Carol Lessick and Leslie Kauderer who are taking care of business while I’m gone. In nearly 20 years in the real estate business, this is the first time I’ve actually been able to “GO” on vacation and not have to answer my phone or check my emails and take care of business. It’s been a real pleasure to actually “get away”. Thank you girls
